We prefer not to crate your dog for extended periods of time. Please be available to drop off and pick up your dog at your appointment times.
I use all natural shampoos that are tear free. I have medicated and hypoallergenic shampoos available at no extra cost.
FLEAS and TICKS! YUCK! Nobody likes them, especially your pet or the other pets here being groomed. If I find fleas or ticks on a pet, I will contact the owner and discuss options. I have flea/tick shampoo for dogs that are on a regular flea/tick preventative and I also use FRONTLINE for those that are not. There is an extra charge for both of these items.
